• You must be 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. mbi96 takes its underage protection policy seriously; any account found to have been registered by a minor will be terminated immediately and all available balances will be forfeited.
• You must be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction of your residence.
• Your use of the mbi96 platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is solely your responsibility to confirm this before registering.
• You are not currently on any list of persons prohibited or restricted by mbi96 or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You are registering for personal and entertainment purposes only, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

Mbi96 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

03Registration & Identity Verification

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the mbi96 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. This restriction also applies to multiple accounts shared within the same household, the same IP address, or the same device.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and active email address. mbi96 applies a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of every member. This process involves:

• Copy of Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back
• A selfie holding your identification card (for additional verification if required)
• Recent proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment account for withdrawal purposes

KYC verification is typically completed within one to two business days. All information provided will be stored securely using bank-grade encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, subject to applicable legal requirements.

04Deposit & Withdrawal

Withdrawal: Successful withdrawal requests will be processed within one to three business hours upon completion of verification. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the mbi96 account holder
• Any bonus received must meet the rollover requirement before the associated wins can be withdrawn
• Mbi96 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• Suspicious withdrawal requests will be held for further investigation to ensure the safety of all parties

05Bonus & Promotions

Rollover Requirement: All bonuses awarded by mbi96 are subject to the specified rollover requirements. Bonus Eligibility: To be eligible for any bonus, members must:

08Account Suspension & Closure

Mbi96 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe
• Request from a regulatory body or legal authority
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time through the mbi96 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances (excluding bonuses with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within three to seven business days.

Under the Self-Exclusion program as part of our Responsible Gaming initiative, members may apply to be blocked from the platform for a chosen period. Requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period ends.

Mbi96's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Your continued use of the mbi96 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where mbi96 is licensed to operate.
